How to open a private channel
Choose the members first, then start the conversation.
1. Create it as private
Choose Private when you create the channel so it stays hidden from the team.
2. Name the topic
Call it something like Acme rollout or Q3 pricing.
3. Add the members
The owner invites each person and tells them why they are in the room.
4. Start the conversation
Keep the discussion in that one channel.
